Investment Criteria

We are seeking an established business with stable profits, growth potential, and a long operational history. While some attractive businesses may not meet all criteria, we are generally looking for:

• EBITDA greater than $0.5M 

• Revenues greater than $3.5M

• EBITDA margins of 10% or more

• Owner/operators invested in the future success and longevity of the business

• Repeat customers, low customer concentration
